Family-friendly house close to water, forest and city

Welcome to our cozy home centrally located in Vindeby. Here you can light up the fire pit or gas grill while the children jump on the trampoline, swing or play in the sandbox. From the balcony of the house you can enjoy your morning coffee overlooking Svendborg city and harbor. Within walking distance you will find both beach, harbor and beautiful nature. On the beach there are toys for free use and a crab bridge. Svendborg city center is just 15 minutes away by bike, and there are shopping opportunities just a 5-minute walk from the house. The space The house is 185 square meters and is used daily by a family with three small children. There are four separate bedrooms with the possibility of having two adults sleeping in each. In addition, one of the rooms has a junior bed and another room has a crib. There are toys for children aged 1-6 years. There is a large well-equipped kitchen, with espresso machine, mixer and everything else you can expect. There is a large bright living room, with direct access to the terrace. There is a large dining table with space for 12 people, and a sofa set. The house has three high chairs for free use, as well as a changing table in the laundry room. There is a large driveway with room for four cars. THE GARDEN In the garden there is a trampoline, swings, slide, sandbox, play kitchen and small soccer goals. There's also a box of toys. There is a large terrace with a gas grill, fireplace with cooking equipment, large dining table and a cozy area with lounge furniture. The property has two subboards that you can borrow for a fee - DKK 250 per piece. Guest access Guests can use the entire property.
