The renovated premises of the old mill and the river flowing through the yard create a unique atmosphere in this property located in Karjalohja. You can swim in the beautiful pond in the yard and there is a possibility to use the sauna. Nearby cultural attractions Fiskars and Billnäs pottery villages are a short drive away. Breakfast is also available. A family with 2 children and 2 cats lives on the top floor of the building. Cats are allowed to use the shared spaces of the house. The space This room has a 140 cm wide bed where one adult sleeps comfortably. The room overlooks the courtyard garden and the pond. At our discretion, we can also make the bed for two (e.g. an adult and a child) or bring and make a baby's travel cot for an additional fee of 10€. Linens, bath towels and hand towels are included. You have access to shared toilet and shower facilities. You can heat your own food in the breakfast room, but unfortunately we can't offer a proper cooking space. You also have access to a library and an open living area. Feel free to enjoy the yard and take a dip in the pond. The sauna can also be heated on request. You can buy breakfast as a self-service package (12€/person or 20€ for two). Children at half price and under 4 years free of charge. The self-service package means that we deliver a breakfast basket in your name to the fridge. Pop-up café events are sometimes held on the side of the old mill, so with good luck you may hit brunch or afternoon coffee time. Karjalohja is a vibrant village known for its beautiful nature and charming village strip (3 km from the property). On weekends, you can enjoy the market atmosphere as local producers set up their stalls in the center of the village. There are several good beaches a short distance away. The center also has a grocery store, a spa/restaurant, a gas station, a pharmacy and summer cafes. Nearby are magnificent cultural attractions such as the Fiskars and Billnäs pottery villages and Mustio Castle. Helsinki and Turku are an hour's drive away.
