Full home, walking distance to downtown Tipton

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. There is a fenced-in yard with a swing set, sandbox, & outside toys. The following are available upon request: pack n play, stroller(s) and car seat(s). There are also children’s books & toys available for children. We are in walking distance to downtown Tipton, CVS, McDonald’s, Dairy Queen, etc. We are also 26 miles from Ruoff Music Center, 21 miles to Grand Park, and 19 miles to Kokomo. The space As your host, it's our goal to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be. And want to ensure that you have a five star experience! If there are any issues please contact us first via the Airbnb website/app and we will do whatever we can to fix them as quickly as possible. The bedrooms There are two bedrooms with doors, the master bedroom area does not have doors. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 2 nightstands, 2 dressers, and a closet. One bedroom has a twin bed, nightstand, and closet. Another bedroom has a twin bed with a trundle that rolls out and pops up to make a king sized bed when put together, a toddler bed and a nightstand. There is also a pack n play available for use. The kitchen/dining area The dining space is in the kitchen. There are enough seats for 4 or 5 adults and 3 or 4 small children. There is a coffee maker, coffee filters, and coffee available for guest use. The kitchen is stocked with normal kitchen items. Utility room We have a washer and dryer available for guest use. Please provide your own supplies for doing laundry. Living room There is a couch that sleeps comfortably if needed. It is not a sofa sleeper. Bathrooms There are 2 full bathrooms. One has a tub, one is walk-in with a small step up. Outside area In the fenced in yard, there is a metal swing set, adult sized picnic table, and outside toys for kids. Guest access This home has self check in anytime after 4:00 PM there are no restrictions on late check-in's. However if the check-in is after 10:00 PM please notify host. There will be a code provided 24 hours prior to your arrival. Other things to note This is our primary residence. We have 4 children ages 7 and under, our home reflects that. :) We will not be there during your stay. House Rules Absolutely no smoking inside the home. You can smoke outside but please pick up after yourself as there will be a $50 fee applied if we have to pick up cigarette butts. A $500 fee will be applied to remove any cigarette or cannabis smells. No pets allowed. There will be a $500 fee applied for any pets that are brought into the home. This is because we are a no pet rental and we want to ensure the safety of our future guests who may have allergies to certain pets. Damages and breakages. If something is broken or damaged please let us know immediately. .
