This home is unique in that it can host a family with 5 bedrooms; 3 are King Suites. Small parties are possible for an additional fee. The space The flower garden is swept in color with day lilies, peony, boxwood, and much more. The garden is bound with a wooded backdrop to the north and beautiful Greek revival and neoclassical homes to surround. Guest access Guests have access to the main and second floor of the home with some closets restricted. Also, guests are permitted to peruse the gardens and grounds and outdoor patio but do not have access to the barn or accessory buildings as these are involved in the property maintenance. Other things to note For your safety and well-being, we use MERV 13 air filters in our HVAC system - this captures and attracts microscopic particle such as sneeze and cough debris, bacteria and virus as well as large particles like household dust and pollen. Small parties or events that involve non registered guests are welcome but must be prior approved. Additional costs for these parties range from $100 to $400 per hour dependent on number of guests or amenities needed. I will charge for parties that were not prior approved.
