On the ground floor is the living area, for the common use of guests. On the first floor are the bedrooms and bathrooms, for the exclusive use of guests, as well as a living room with direct access to the terrace, also for common use. The entrance and staircase to the second floor are shared with the owners, who live upstairs. Due to the characteristics of the house it is not suitable for families with children.
