It has two large bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and comfortable living spaces. We will be available to provide advice and support throughout your holiday The space The house is spread across three levels: ground floor, first floor and second floor. On the ground floor is the living area, for the common use of guests. On the first floor are the bedrooms and bathrooms, for the exclusive use of guests, as well as a living room with direct access to the terrace, also for common use. The entrance and staircase to the second floor are shared with the owners, who live upstairs. Due to the characteristics of the house it is not suitable for families with children. Guest access Guests will have access to all the common areas of the accommodation, designed to offer comfort and convenience during their stay: A large bright living room, which opens directly onto the panoramic terrace, perfect for relaxing outdoors. A fully equipped kitchen and an adjacent dining area, ideal for preparing and enjoying meals independently. Other things to note The house is located in the heart of the historic center, an area full of charm characterized by narrow alleys and the authentic atmosphere typical of Italian villages. If you are considering renting a car during your stay, we recommend keeping this in mind. To make your arrival easier, especially if you have luggage, you can stop briefly in front of the accommodation to unload them and then park comfortably on the main street, a few minutes away by foot. Once you arrive, the car is generally only necessary to reach the sea or visit the surroundings: in the village restaurants, bars, shops and the main points of interest are easily accessible on foot. The central location allows you to fully experience the atmosphere of the village. The house overlooks the main square, a meeting place for residents and visitors. During the summer, the pizzeria in the square has outdoor tables, creating a lively and pleasant environment that makes the experience of staying in the historic center even more authentic. In the evening you can hear the normal voice coming from the square, as it happens in many historic villages.
