The space 🚶‍♂️ Prime Location & Easy Access: • 200m walk to Civic Park – a lovely green space for walks and relaxation. • 400m walk to Tea Tree Plaza Shopping Centre, one of Adelaide’s largest malls with shops, restaurants, and entertainment. • Public library nearby, great for reading or quiet work. • Just a short walk to the O-Bahn Interchange, taking you to the city in only 15 minutes! 🏡The House: You would have a self-contained living area with basic pantry supplies (kettle, toaster, water dispenser). This is large home where there's a front section consist of 2 rooms (one of which where you'd be staying), with a dedicated living area. The back section is a roaming house setup with 4 other bedrooms with garage, kitchen, living area and laundry. You can gain access to these areas upon request.
