Ask us about special pricing for extended stays! Damage Protection & ID Verification All bookings include up to $1,500 in damage protection through our partner, SafelyStay, Inc. A $350 insurance fee covers stays of 30–59 nights and is included in your booking total. For stays over 60 nights, an additional $130 per 30 days will be invoiced separately. Guests booking via VRBO or directly must also complete a screening and ID verification after confirmation. No Parties or Events Gatherings are limited to 8 guests. No parties or events are allowed, violations will incur a $700 fine. Pet-Friendly With Approval Pets are welcome with prior approval. A $75 fee applies for one pet, or $100 for two (plus tax). Please pick up after your pet, dog waste bags are provided. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine. While the yard isn't fenced, the walkable neighborhood is perfect for pets.
