The space This 5-bedroom, 3-bath Lake Geneva home sleeps 10 and offers a clean, modern space just moments from the shoreline - close enough for convenience, yet set apart from downtown s noise and crowds. Inside, the open kitchen and dining layout makes gathering simple and natural, with plenty of room to cook, connect, and enjoy meals together. A full mudroom with washer and dryer keeps life organized after sandy toes and long lake days. The spacious primary bedroom includes a comfortable seating area and a private ensuite bath for a little extra breathing room. Downstairs, the finished basement brings fun and flexibility featuring a TV lounge, minibar with fridge, home office space, and lots of room to stretch out and relax. Downstairs also has two bedrooms, one with two twins and the other with a king bed! The large backyard is ideal for play and connection. There s a grill, outdoor seating, a swingset for the kids, and wide-open greenspace perfect for yard games or tossing a football. The driveway is big enough to park a boat and trailer, so you re lake-day ready from the moment you arrive. Signing the agreement is required to finalize your booking and receive check-in instructions. *Please keep in mind, all toiletry and startup supplies are meant to last 2-3 days. If your stay is longer, you may need to purchase more. We want to make sure you are as satisfied as possible with your vacation. If you experience any issues at all during your stay, please call us! We strive for a 5 star stay! Garage is not for guest use and is locked off. There is no garage access.
