Come and enjoy the charm of the Normandy coast with this large house, a 2-minute drive from Trouville and Deauville! Redone in 2025 (furniture, equipment and decoration) for more comfort for groups and families, this 5-bedroom house is located in a quiet area of Touques, close to shops, beaches and tourist activities of Trouville and Deauville. The space 👨‍👩‍👦The house is 130 square meters and can accommodate up to 10 people. It is fully equipped for families 📍It is located in Touques, on the border with Trouville-sur-Mer and Deauville. A large shopping area is a 2-minute drive away (Carrefour, Leclerc, Picard) and less than 5 minutes from the main city centers (Touques, Trouville and Deauville) with a multitude of restaurants and tourist and cultural activities. 🛏 A beautiful, very cozy night space: - On the ground floor: 1 double bedroom on the ground floor with a 140 cm bed giving access to the living room and garden. "En suite" - Upstairs: there are 4 beautiful bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a 140 bed, 2 bedrooms with 160 beds and 1 bedroom with 3 single bunk beds. The floor includes 2 bathrooms (a large bathroom with a walk-in shower) and 1 other bathroom with bathtub overlooking the master suite. - The house is in a very quiet residential area, to ensure a restful sleep for everyone! 🏖️ Is the beach far away? The beaches of Trouville and Deauville are 5 minutes away by car. 🛒 What are we eating? Vast subject... but the answer will probably be at the Deauville market (every day except Wednesdays), that of Blonville (Tuesdays and Fridays) or simply in the Touques shopping area 2 minutes away by car (Carrefour, Picard, Leclerc...). 🎉 We have fun in all weather: when the weather is nice, ping pong, badminton, petanque or molky will keep you busy for many hours! When it's dark (or on rainy days), you can count on the many books and board games to entertain young and old! 🖥️You can even work: the house is connected to fiber and screens are even available upon request. But we also have the right to cut… 🍽️ Everything to enjoy: a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, steamer, raclette machine, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, and children's dishes (bib, dishes and silicone cutlery...). 🌱🌿 🫧🍃 Take out the cutlery: a very nice sunny terrace equipped with garden furniture and a dining area as comfortable as it is beautiful to allow you to enjoy a BBQ or a drink with family or friends. 👶 Travel light with your children: no need to overload you, we have 2 umbrella beds (with thick mattresses, house sheets and mattress pads), 2 high chairs and 1 baby bathtub on site. So that the little ones are as good as the big ones! 🐾 Your pets are welcome, please let us know at the time of booking! 🚗 Parking: you can park directly in front of the house, which is on a very quiet street, no need to look for a place to park! 🔑 Come as you are: check-in and checkout are the easiest and quickest in the world, our house manager welcoming you to give you the keys and explain how everything works. We will do our best to facilitate your arrival and departure, even if it is earlier or later than our usual schedules. 💰 We've got it all covered: cleaning, linens, towels... everything is included in our prices, no unpleasant surprises or extra charges! Coffee, tea and other kitchen essentials are also at your disposal to facilitate your stay. Guest access 🚗: The house is located in Touques, a few kilometers from the A13 motorway. 🗝️: You will be greeted by our House Manager, to make it easier for you to fully enjoy your stay at the house. Check-in is between 4pm and 8pm, check-out is at 11am. The house and its garden are fully available for guests. The basement is reserved for the maintenance team and will only be accessible to collect garden equipment if needed.
