The spacious and well-kept bathroom is equipped with a bathtub that can also be used as a shower, as well as a comfortable walk-in closet. Use of the laundry room with washing machine is available upon request. The loft is air-conditioned for maximum comfort throughout the year. In addition, it has a private parking space right in front of the entrance, making access even more convenient.
