Villa Egadi, with swimming pool and tennis court

Villa Egadi is a villa of about 450 square meters located on a hill and with a wonderful panoramic swimming pool overlooking the Egadi islands (Favignana, Levanzo and Marettimo). The sunsets, with the sun behind the Egadi, will leave you breathless. All complemented by a tennis court overlooking Mount Erice, a gym, a pool table and much more to make your stay a marvel. Accommodation tax to be paid separately: €1.50 per day per person. The space A 2-hectare park, lush with palm trees, ferns, dwarf palms, carob trees, plants and flowers typical of the Mediterranean maquis, welcomes guests. A well-kept lawn leads to the large and bright living room with a warm and elegant atmosphere; the furnishings and accessories tell the story of the family that designed and built the house. The well-equipped kitchen, sofas, carpets and romantic fireplace allow the guest - in total harmony and relaxation - to enjoy, through the large windows, a unique view of the sea and the Egadi islands that stand out on the horizon, where the sea, like a large stage, stages the spectacle of Nature every day. Sunsets are incredible. All bedrooms have air conditioning. Guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire house, including the outside. Now a brief description of the house: first floor, ground floor and outside. The first floor of the villa has: a fully equipped kitchen (including a fireplace) with an adjoining living area; a living area with large windows overlooking the pool and the view in front of the villa and the vineyards behind Villa Egadi; a small bedroom; a double bedroom overlooking the pool; a bathroom serving the two bedrooms on the first floor. The villa is structured on the ground floor as follows: there are four double bedrooms (two of which also have a single bed), three of which have a private bathroom with shower and bidet, overlooking the garden and pool area. An additional bathroom on the ground floor, with a shower, serves the fourth bedroom and the entire floor. The furnishings are elegant and sophisticated, and style and functionality blend harmoniously. The ground floor also has a gym, equipped with a wide range of exercise equipment to improve and care for the health and well-being of the person. Also on the ground floor, the villa has a living area equipped with a masonry kitchen, a dining area and a conversation area with a fireplace and a reading corner; a second living room that appears as a relaxation area and has a sofa bed and a pool table with holes and complete with accessories. Here we are on the outside! The garden – furnished with tables, chairs, sofas, barbecue, kitchen, sun loungers and parasols – completes the splendid setting of Villa Egadi, from which, with its wonderful panoramic swimming pool (our pool is with salt water!) overlooks the hilly area that embraces the Tyrrhenian Sea. The Egadi islands emerge from the waters like sparkling pearls and shine due to the effect of the salt pans. The sunsets, with the sun descending behind the Egadi, are a sight not to be missed. Nestled in the park of the villa is the tennis court, with a wonderful view of Mount Erice, strongly desired by the owner who practices this sport. The regulatory field has lighting so you can play even in the evening. At the service of the tennis court and the swimming pool there are outdoor showers and an additional bathroom. The external part is completed by a large parking lot with also parking spaces covered by a canopy and an entrance of about 100 meters full of palm trees on the sides. A pool towel will be available for all guests. Guest access Guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire home, including outdoor areas. Only one bedroom (not mentioned in the description) will be closed and inaccessible. Other things to note More about the house: - The pool measures 12x6 meters and has a minimum depth of 1 meter and a maximum of 1.50 meters. The water in our pool is salty. - Air conditioning, heating, fireplace, TV in each bedroom, in the kitchens and outside, safe. External cameras are present for the safety of the villa and guests. Cameras can be turned off at the request of guests. Some cameras can be turned off directly by guests. - Bathroom linen, hairdryer in each bathroom and toilet paper and hand soap set. Bed linen, washing machine, iron and ironing board - Fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, oven, microwave, grill, coffee machine (both espresso and American), toaster, blender, kettle - High chair for children available - A pool towel will be available for all guests - Electricity consumption included in the price per week: 400 KW. For consumption exceeding 400 KW/week, the cost is €0.40 per KW.
