Up to 45 guests can be comfortably hosted in the 2 villas. The layout of the home: You are greeted with a private pool and a lawn. Upon entering the private villa in Karjat, there is a living room, dining area, kitchen and 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom in one room alongwith sit-outs on the ground floor. There is a bedroom with a skylight on the first floor, but this bedroom doesn't have a bathroom. A short flight of stairs then takes you to the terrace that offers spectacular views of the surroundings. Meal Charges are: 1900 per person for veg and non veg Guest access Guests have access to the entire villa and premises except the kitchen. We have a cook to handle all meal requirements and hence guests do not have kitchen access. There is 1 TV in the villa which is in the living room. The entire villa is airconditioned. There are 2 bathrooms in the villa, both in the bedrooms on the ground floor. The skylight bedroom on the first floor does not have a bathroom. Outside food is not allowed. A security deposit of Rupees 9000 has to be paid during check in which will be refunded during check out.
