I ask you, as when you are hosted by friends, to not change ANYTHING without asking me, to respect my little manners and to behave citizenly and responsibly. -parties (BIRTHDAY, EVG, ...) are strictly prohibited 🚫 under penalty of financial sanctions up to €1500 and immediate eviction from the accommodation without any refund. - In case of any problems, no need to hide it from me because I always realize it (and it is very anxious)! Prohibitions: 🚨 - DJ and speakers not allowed (be careful! it's a big house but not a nightclub...) - no noise near the accommodation after 9:30 p.m. If the accommodation rules are not respected, you may be subject to financial penalties of up to €1,500 and immediate eviction without any refund. Warning! ⛔️ Any disrespectful behavior towards neighbors will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. *Rules for occupancy and use of the accommodation* Only the people registered in the booking are allowed to stay in the accommodation. The number of occupants must exactly match the number of people registered at the time of booking. Any unauthorized additional person will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund of the remaining nights. In addition, the organization of events of any type is STRICTLY PROHIBITED 🚫 in the accommodation. The latter is intended to accommodate families, groups of friends or professionals for private stays, and not for commercial or festive activities such as receptions, parties, birthdays or meetings. Any improper use will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund of the remaining nights. *Smoking rules* Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house, including near the windows. However, you can smoke in the gardens at the front and back of the house. To prevent tobacco odors from entering the house, please close the windows and French doors when you smoke. (under penalty of a fine of up to €168 if tobacco odors are noticeable and may harm the next guests) Rates include: - Rental of the house - Linen: bed sheets as well as a bath towel per person, a hand and foot towel per bathroom, and tea towels in the kitchen.
