Book Your Stay Today! The space A two storey property with a double bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor and a large lounge and kitchen upstairs with countryside and river views. The double bedroom has a king size oak framed bed with small wardrobe and an occasional chair. The bathroom has a bath with power shower including rainfall and conventional shower heads; WC and sink unit with storage units and an illuminated mirror. Upstairs is the lounge with 2 sofas and an armchair, with a 55" UHD TV with use of streaming TV covering mutliple services, as well as a Blu Ray player with an extensive catalogue of films. Ultra fast (500Mb) broadband is also provided. A number of books and games are also available. The small kitchen has a fridge, Ninja Multi Function Oven (air fryer, steamer, conventional oven etc) microwave, induction hob, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother and instant hot water kettle. Basic condiments (salt, pepper and olive oil) are provided as well as Twinings Tea and Nespresso coffee pods and semi-skimmed milk for your arrival. A welcome basket with homemade goodies awaits your arrival. Outside the front of the property is an enclosed garden area laid to gravel with fully stocked raised borders and a bistro set ands large sun shade to enjoy the sunny afternoons and evenings. Parking is provided behind the gated access. Guest access On entering the property, you will find the bedroom and bathroom downstairs, upstairs is the living room and kitchen. Other things to note The owners have a small dog called Clement, a black miniature schnauzer, he loves people and may like to welcome you in his own way; and once you have said hello he will be happy. We occasionally have power cuts being rural but they don’t (generally!) last very long.
