Guest access This guests have full access to the front/main house of a duplex-style home. The property has been professionally divided into two completely separate units—each with its own private entrance, deadbolt-locked interior door, and no shared living spaces. The smaller back unit/guesthouse is occasionally occupied by the owner, who values guest privacy and maintains a quiet presence. Some minimal sound may carry between the units due to the shared wall, similar to a condo or townhouse setup. The space is fully secure, private, and yours to enjoy Guests also have full access to the large yard and driveway. The only shared space is the driveway, which is long and spacious enough for multiple vehicles, trailers, or moving trucks. Other things to note This is a vintage home with modern updates where it counts — expect some older fixtures and quirks, all part of the charm. 1 bathroom + 1 extra powder room (with sink and mirror) for convenience when hosting larger groups.
