Hi. This is Mongle Mongle House. Our warm and cozy accommodation is located 5 minutes from Jungang Station. There are many famous restaurants/cafes and infrastructure facilities nearby. The park is located nearby, so it's great for a stroll. It is quiet because it is a residential accommodation. Ansan Gode Hospital, department stores, government offices, etc. are conveniently located within 10 minutes by car; The two-room space is divided into a bedroom, kitchen, and dining area. You can watch Netflix and YouTube on TV. There are pretty tableware and basic cooking tools, so it's great to have a gathering. We hope to enrich your day with family, lovers, and friends. Guest access You can use all the spaces. However, for the comfort and cleanliness of our customers, some of the utility rooms and sinks where the tools are stored are not available. Other things to note 1. Please pay special attention to noise after 9pm. Mongle Mongle House is not a private villa. Please be aware that if you make loud noises after 9 o'clock, you may be forced to leave. 2. The entire space is non-smoking. Please refrain from smoking in all areas of the property. In case of violation, a fine of 100,000 won will be charged for quarantine treatment for the next guest. You cannot use separate fire, such as candles, incense, etc., other than kitchen cooking utensils. 3. You can cook simple dishes using the stove. However, if you cook food with a lot of smell, such as fish and meat, the smell may be very uncomfortable for guests who use it after the building is soaked. 4. In the event of damage or loss of all furnishings and facilities provided, you may be charged for the restoration.(Please inform the host in case of damage to property or contamination.) 5. Mongle Mongle House is not responsible for any safety accidents or loss/damage of valuables due to the negligence of the guest. 6. Strictly prohibiting access to people other than the reserved number of people will incur additional charges depending on the number of additional visitors. It is considered as one person for more than 12 months. 7. The house itself has a parking space, so you can park. However, it may not be possible if you don't tell us 'first' because it's flexible. Or, you can use the 'Everyone's Parking Lot' app to find additional parking spaces. 8. Towel change and intermediate cleaning are not provided for 2 nights stay.(Towels are prepared in advance according to the number of days of stay) 9. This is a legal accommodation for foreign residents that has been legally approved by the municipality and the government.
