Crossing and bright, it is conveniently located between Port Camargue and the city center (10 min walk). Shopping center "Le Samba" at the foot of the residence: supermarket, bakery, greengrocer, pizzeria... Rive Gauche beach is a 5-minute walk away. Les Saladelles II Residence. The space This 33 m² duplex offers a friendly living room with a convertible corner sofa, TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped: glass-ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, filter coffee machine + Senseo, toaster, kettle, dishes. The bedroom has a double bed 140 x 190 and a second double bed 140 x 190 in the mezzanine. Bedroom with dressing room. Sheets are not provided. Mattress pads/protectors are installed on each bed. The bathroom includes shower, toilet, ironing board and iron. Towels are not provided. Enjoy a pleasant 4 m² terrace with outdoor furniture. No smoking, no pets allowed. Parties are prohibited. No air conditioning, but good natural ventilation. Free parking nearby. Guest access The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a quiet and secure residence, without elevator. Entry is via a gate equipped with a digicode, reserved for pedestrians (car access through the automated gate is reserved for residents with a parking space). A member of our family, present on site, will personally welcome you for the key exchange and will be able to show you the premises. Check-in times (from 3 p.m. and until 8 p.m. at the latest) and check-out times (at the latest at 10 a.m.) are to be agreed in advance in order to facilitate your reception in the best conditions. We do our best to adapt to your constraints, within the limits of our availability. There is no key box: the reception is done by hand to guarantee a warm and personalized service. Other things to note • The accommodation is located on the 3rd floor without elevator access. • A welcome booklet is available in the apartment to facilitate your stay (access, parking, practical information, local advice, etc.). • Upon arrival, an inventory is carried out and a security deposit of €300 is requested. • The property must be returned clean (daily cleaning at your expense). • Linens and towels are not provided: Please provide your own linens (pillowcases, sheets, fitted sheet, duvet cover) as well as your towels. Mattress covers are installed on each bed. • Please respect the house rules (no smoking, no pets, no parties or events). • The apartment does not have air conditioning but remains pleasant thanks to its good natural ventilation. • Free parking nearby (on the street and public parking 300 m away).
