Carefully furnished and equipped with modern appliances, it is the beating heart of the house, the perfect place to prepare tasty dishes using fresh and local ingredients. The large worktops, oven, spacious refrigerator and dishwasher offer practicality and convenience, while the adjacent dining area, cozy and well-lit, is ideal for spending convivial moments. Everything you need is available to guests: dishes, pots and utensils, to cook with ease and creativity, making every meal a special occasion. THE LIVING ROOM The living area of Casa Rèis is designed to be a corner of comfort and conviviality. The tastefully furnished living room welcomes guests with a comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing, reading a good book, or having a chat with friends. Next to the living room, a large dining table invites you to spend pleasant evenings with friends and family, enjoying typical dishes or simply enjoying moments together. The spacious and bright space overlooks the garden and collects its light and quiet, creating a warm and convivial atmosphere, where every moment becomes special. The neutral tones and details inspired by the Asti hills create a warm and inviting atmosphere. OUR ROOMS Three spacious and cozy rooms, each designed to ensure a special stay. Each room is carefully designed to create a relaxing environment, where natural light and tranquility allow you to enjoy a regenerating rest. The two double bedrooms are perfect for those seeking comfort and intimacy. With large windows overlooking the hills, they offer a beautiful view and an experience surrounded by nature. The third bedroom, with a comfortable bunk bed, is ideal for the little ones and perfect for large families or groups of friends. A functional and welcoming environment that ensures a comfortable space for everyone. THE BATHROOMS The bathrooms of Casa Rèis are modern and well furnished, designed to offer maximum comfort. Each bathroom has a spacious shower, sink and toilet, with high-quality finishes that create a cozy and functional environment. An ideal place to take care of yourself and enjoy every moment in total relaxation. SWIMMING POOL Quiet and harmonious, the Casa Rèis swimming pool opens up like a mirror on the landscape: a blade of water set in stone, which blends with the soft lines of the Terre Alfieri. Around it, the hills stretch out in a green embrace, while the natural-colored seats invite you to a slow time, made of light, sky and quiet. The pool is open from April to September. In other periods, heating and use of the pool is to be agreed with the host and may have surcharges. OUTDOOR AREA In front of the living area is a large lawn, carefully shaped to blend in with the soft lines of the hills. The land here tells a story, drawing natural volumes and creating cozy corners: an intimate space for evenings under the stars, or a shady corner under the tree, where you can lie on blankets and pillows and be lulled by the silence. The porch, with its outdoor kitchen, invites you to share slow lunches and summer dinners, immersed in the scents and sounds of nature.
