We continue to renovate it outside of quiet hours and shoot to Airbnb the entire property to semi long-term guests. Current tenants are respectful of quiet hours and keep to themselves. Other things to note Linens, towels, pillows, & duvet can be supplied for midterm guests staying a month or more, upon request, for a $50 fee. Midterm guests can expect starter amounts of dishsoap & handsoap, one roll of paper towels & two rolls of toilet paper.
