Cozy guest/trade fair apartment, 350 m. to the S-Bahn

Cozy and fully furnished apartment on the 2nd floor. With the proximity to the S-Bahn station Röthenbach-Steinberg (350 m walk) you are quickly in Nuremberg or at the fair. Very comfortable, without a car. Parking is available on the premises. The space The living room is equipped with a (sleeping) couch and TV (satellite TV). Floor-to-ceiling windows provide plenty of light. All windows are provided with blinds. The dining table can accommodate up to six people. Guest access All rooms of the apartment are at your disposal during your stay. Washer and dryer can be used after consultation (for a fee). Other things to note Welcome to our guest apartment built in 2018 at the gates of Nuremberg. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house and can be reached via the stairwell. It has two bedrooms, a living-dining room with sofa bed and a kitchenette.  A modern bathroom with large shower and raised toilet complete the apartment. A hairdryer, towels, shampoo and shower gel as well as toilet paper are a matter of course with us. The kitchenette leaves nothing to be desired. Equipped with a fridge, including 4* freezer compartment, a ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood and of course a dishwasher. A kettle, toaster, pots, dishes, cutlery and some spices are also there. A fully automatic coffee machine with corresponding beans is waiting for you. A cozy bedroom with a double bed (180 × 200) is at your disposal, as well as a second bedroom equipped with a sofa bed (140 × 200) and, if necessary, can be converted into a bed for your stay. A single bed (90 × 200) and also a desk is available for use here. Cabinets are available in both rooms. In the hallway (in front of the apartment door) there is space for jackets and shoes. The house has a ventilation system. All rooms are supplied with fresh, clean air via this system. Opening the windows is therefore superfluous. If you travel by car, there is a free parking space available on the premises. Parking is available on Seespitzstraße. The Röthenbach-Steinberg S-Bahn station is within 350 meters walking distance. The train to Nuremberg usually runs every 20 minutes. Therefore, also ideal for trade fair guests and exhibitors. A washing machine and dryer can be used after consultation, for a fee. At check-in we will welcome you personally and also show you the special features of the apartment. We will do our best to make your stay as pleasant as possible and will of course be available to answer any questions and resolve any issues. If we are not there, you can easily remove the key from the key box. In the immediate vicinity you will find bakeries and cafes, shopping (Edeka, Rewe) as well as (fast food) restaurants.
