Charming house in the Libourne area. Ideal for discovering the vineyards and exploring Saint-Emilion and its surroundings. A few minutes' walk from the bastide, restaurants and the magnificent market, Libourne is a sweet refuge where time seems suspended with its old alleys bathed in golden light and its air of village of yesteryear. Our house has all the comforts for an optimal stay! The space The house has 4 bedrooms. The first on the ground floor overlooking the patio is equipped with a 160 cm bed with its private bathroom, shower, sink and toilet. The second bedroom upstairs is a "deluxe" suite with a 160 cm bed, bathroom and private shower as well as its toilet. This bedroom overlooks the terrace with views over the rooftops. The third is equipped with a 160 cm bed and is located on the first floor. The fourth bedroom is also located on the first floor and is equipped with a 160 cm bed as well as a children's area with a 90 cm bed and a baby crib. The third and fourth bedrooms have a shared bathroom and toilet on the landing. Other things to note We have two cats, a female named Moustache, gray and very independent, and Bounty, our "little last one" black with a small white collar, playful and very cuddly! If you don't mind, they will be there, and we will ask you to feed them.... If this is really a problem for us, please let us know in advance, and we will have them looked after by our pet sitter! The garage is not accessible because we store our personal belongings there when the house is rented.
