We are open from April 1st to October 1st. Pure relaxation, a touch of adventure. Back to nature but still close to nice towns and the beach? Welcome to our sheep farm! Our unique Bed and Breakfast in Waarland Noord-Holland. Come collect eggs from our chickens, light a fire, sail "a round of Waarland". Or plop into a hanging egg with a book and do absolutely nothing. Anything is possible, anything is allowed, you set the pace. The space Outside: Our Pipo wagon is in the back of the country, near the water. The wagon is in a spacious place with its own terrace, fireplace, picnic table and various seats. There is a BBQ available. The wagon has a veranda with a seat where you can look out over the land. Around the corner, there is a great jacuzzi waiting for you that you can book separately. Look at the stars or the sunset from a lovely warm bath and enjoy! Indoor: Come and relax. 2 relaxing chairs and a dining table with chairs to eat or play games in the evening. There is a TV, but you have to set it up yourself via WiFi and your own phone. The kitchen has a small stove and an oven. Tea, coffee and a milk frother are provided. The kitchen is suitable for breakfast or small snacks. Do you want breakfast ready for you? This can be booked separately. The Pipo wagon has its own bathroom, shower and toilet. A lovely cozy bed of 2.00 x 1.40 meters with a nice thick mattress ensures that you can rest well. Bed linen, towels, bathrobes and kitchen towels are provided as standard. Breakfast at your own pace, in your own way. Jacuzzi: 50,- per stay Allow yourself a little more relaxation and luxury! Come and bubble under the starry sky! For an extra 50 euros per booking, your Jacuzzi will be waiting for you, so you can enjoy your entire stay without worries.
