Country house with pool - in a paradise location

The property with the typical Marche farmhouse and pool is in an absolute and unique secluded location with wonderful views of the typical hilly landscape of the Marche and with a clear view to the snow-covered mountains of the Sibellini. It is surrounded by a charming large garden (about 4500 m²), which is fenced all around with fruit trees and a small olive grove. The space 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom are located on the ground floor as well as the large salon with an open fireplace. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the 1st floor as well as the kitchen and a small living room also with an open fireplace and huge TV. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and fly screens in the windows. By the 4 x 12 m pool there is also a small pool house with shower and toilet. Guest access Ancona Airport 30 min.
