It is located on a plot of 4000m directly by the river with a beautiful entrance to the Ohře River at the foot of the Ore Mountains. Your relaxation will not be disturbed at all. The space The Tinyhouse is nestled in the middle of a beautiful large garden. It has a large terrace with seating and a barbecue. Despite being in the middle of nature, you'll find all the comfort here. A hot plate, mini fridge and sink are available in the kitchen. All dishes, grilling utensils, coffee, tea and spices included in your stay. The bathroom has a shower, sink, separation compostable toilet, always clean for your arrival. Hot water and eco-washing products. Please note that it is an accommodation in nature , the capacity of 500 liters per stay is limited. Electricity is sufficient for the fridge, charging and lighting. ! Winter operation - there is a fireplace and plenty of wood for your comfort and warmth. There may be water outages depending on the sunlight. You can heat the water on the stove and use the bathroom to shower with a camping shower. Solar energy is only available for lighting and charging the phone. In January and February, during heavy frosts, it is possible that water will only be available from a barrel or in the river, so that the pipes do not freeze! The living area has a sofa bed for children 100x170cm, and the loft has a mattress 180x200cm. There is also a single fold out mattress. Guest access The whole garden is just for you, the only neighbors are us with our shed and facilities for managing the tinyhouse. The house is located 150m along a straight comfortable road from the parking lot. It is not possible to drive directly to the property, the road is private.
