Modern studio annex

The most breathtaking gorgeous countryside with a pond and lots of Christmas trees. The place is located in rural countryside but a lovely local pub is within walking distance. The annex is located above our garage with private entrance and parking. Perfect place for a getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Please let us know if you’d like to use a fire pit or BBQ during your stay! 1 king size bed and 1 pull out sofa bed The space The space is a studio annex with a fully equipped kitchenette (there is no oven but a microwave with oven settings). The bed is king size and there is also a pull out sofa suitable for children (or adults but it’s only a small double size and the space is not really ideal for 4 adults). Please note: the beds are close together and not seperate from kitchen area. Separate bathroom includes a dual head shower, light up mirror, toilet. Bath towels are provided. There is a small dining area which includes two stools and worktop to eat at. The annex itself is above our garage. Please note we do have a friendly dog and 4 cats. We welcome pets but if your animal is not ok with other pets then please reconsider. However the area is amazing for dog walking! Amazing location, The Griffin Inn can be walked to or is a 5 minute drive and has delicious food. Plenty of other delicious places to eat nearby and lots of walks too! Guest access Guests are welcome to use the annex and the patio area behind. Which we can equip with a fire pit or bbq if guests wish (extra charges for this) Guests are also welcome to walk around our garden (more like a forest!) and relax by the pond. There is also a washing machine located in the garage which guests can use if required. (Please let us know) Parking is available next to the annex on a private driveway. Please not this is shared with our house. Other things to note The annex is reached by stairs and unfortunately is not wheelchair accessible. We also do not have a travel cot or high chair for young ones.
