Ted's Place, Ballyduff

Situated in the middle of Ballyduff Village, a charming recently renovated 3 bed house with plenty of space. Pretty back yard with apple trees and fuchsia looks onto beautiful farmland. Wifi is available throughout the house The space Downstairs: Large living/dining area with large accessible bathroom. This leads onto a small kitchen with everything you need, cooker, fridge, freezer & washing machine. There is a Nespresso for the coffee addict among you with a Nespresso milk frother and a variety of coffee capsules to choose from and a soda stream for those who enjoy fizzy water. There is a small tv nook with Now TV plug in. The living area leads out the back yard where there is a Weber Gas BBQ and seating for 6, there is additional seating available if needed. Upstairs: Master with a King Size Bed and a recliner chair and footstool. Bedroom 2 has a kingsize bed and single bed with a workdesk provided for those who need to work from home. Bedroom 3 has a double and single bed with a new television with two HDMI connections and should suit game consoles etc. Two bathrooms upstairs, one with bathtub/shower, one with shower. Parking is at the front of the house on the street on the inner kerb (do not block the pathway) Wifi is available throughout Other things to note The heating throughout the property is electric heaters. Bathroom 1 & 3 have electric showers. Bathroom 2 with the bathtub runs from the emersion, which is timed for morning and evening. A gardener may come and cut the lawn while you are staying but they let themselves in at the back of the property. If you do not want them to call during your stay just let us know.
