The comfortable sofa pulls out into a 140 cm bed, perfect for children or a second adult. We also have a crib if you are traveling with a baby. The 42-inch Smart TV (with Netflix, Disney Channel, YouTube and Amazon Prime) will entertain the whole family after a day of exploration. The dining area is ideal for enjoying family meals.   Master Bedroom: A quiet space inside the loft with a comfortable 150 cm double bed, quality mattress and soft bedding to ensure a restful sleep for parents. It has ample storage and blackout curtains.   American Kitchen: The open kitchen is fully equipped to make life easier for families. You'll find an induction hob, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, dishwasher (less scrubbing, more playing!), Nespresso coffee maker for parents, toaster, kettle, and all the necessary utensils, including special dishes and cutlery for children, to prepare anything from a quick breakfast before heading out on an adventure to a full dinner.   Two Fully Adapted Bathrooms: For your convenience, the apartment has two full bathrooms, both fully adapted for people with reduced mobility. They have a shower, hairdryer, soft towels for the whole family and basic welcome toiletries (gel and shampoo).   Small Indoor Terrace: The apartment has a small indoor terrace, a simple and cozy space. The Joaquín Sorolla AVE station is only a 10-minute walk away. The City of Arts and Sciences, a must with children, is a short bus ride away or about a 25-minute walk for the most active families. There are bus and metro stops nearby to move comfortably throughout the city, including Playa de las Arenas, Oceanogràfic, Bioparc, Ciutat Vella and Valencia Airport.   Parking: The apartment does not have private parking.
