It has 1 queen bed, 1 twin sofa bed, full kitchen, and full bath that can be booked separately at an additional charge if more than 10 guest are staying at the home and you need extra sleeping space. The exterior of the main house showcases a large deck with seating for 10 guest, a Blackstone grill, and fabulous views. Inside, the open-concept living space features vaulted ceilings and panoramic water views of Lake Barkley. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of appliances, spices, fully stocked drink station, and all the cooking essentials you could ever want for entertaining or casual family meals. The primary bedroom upstairs boasts lake views and an en-suite bathroom with a spa-inspired walk-in shower and dual vanities. The master also has a living room area that has a pullout queen sofa bed with linen located inside the coffee table. The other two bedrooms located on the main floor consist of a Queen bed in one room and in the other bedroom there are 2 sets of twin bunk beds. Guest on the main floor share a stylish second bathroom with modern fixtures and a bathtub/shower combination. My home is lake views only. The lot at the end of the culdelsac is private property owned by my neighbor. There is no trespassing, lake access, or fishing on this property. We have recommendations in our guestbook and we have a brochure rack that has local activities and places to rent water equipment ...etc. You are welcome to bring your boat, 4- wheelers, etc. Just let us know prior to arrival so we can discuss parking Guest access Guests will have access to the entire upper 2 floors. Access to the basement apartment will be granted if that area is rented too. Other things to note The main house offers wheelchair access with a portable wheelchair ramp available if needed.
