Welcome to our charming guest house on a beautiful three-story farm from the 1800s, located in the quiet and scenic Viaköp in Höganäs municipality. Here, you live near the sea and can experience Kullabygden's rich cultural life, magnificent nature and a generous range of activities – all within easy distance. The space The accommodation is 55 m2 in size - perfect for couples, small families or friends who want to experience the Kulla Peninsula. * Bedroom with double bed. * Living room with sofa bed, TV with Chromecast and dining area. * Fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, stove/oven, coffee maker and kitchen utensils. * Bathroom with shower. Practical info There is a fan for hot days and a heater as well as an air heat pump for colder periods. This includes * Bed linens & towels * Shower cream and hand soap in the bathroom * Dishwashing liquid, dish brush, dishcloth, dish towels * Coffee filter, salt, pepper * TV with Chromecast * Free parking in the yard, electric charger is available In the same barn as the accommodation is located, there is an event room that is available in summer (not insulated) and a terrace that is available all year round for you to enjoy. The neighborhood * Farhult is within cycling distance and offers a fantastic beach (11 min bike/6 min car). * Höganäs with its wide range of restaurants and bars (8-minute drive). * For hockey lovers, Catena Arena is close (10-minute drive). * We are surrounded by a variety of beautiful golf courses! * Don't miss the vineyards out on the peninsula - our favorite is Kullabergs Vingård. * Viaköps Byaväg is perfect for bike rides in the scenic landscape and you can easily cycle on to Ängelholm or Jonstorp. Next to the terrace is an event room where there are dining tables and chairs, sofa and armchairs and a dartboard (this part is not isolated and therefore not available in the winter half-year!). The terrace outside is available with lounge group, sun loungers and a barbecue. Other things to note The cats Ingrid and Maj-Lis also live on the property!
