Perfect for families, couples or small groups seeking comfort, peace and nature close to all amenities The space Nestled in the peaceful area of Capriasca, our apartment is just a 2-minute walk from Tesserete, where you’ll find all essential services: shops, restaurants, and supermarkets such as Coop, Migros, and Denner. The municipal swimming pool, surrounded by a beautiful forest setting, is only a 10-minute walk away: perfect for relaxing on summer days. Lugano can be reached in just 15 minutes by car, or conveniently by public transport. The area is well served by buses, with the nearest stop only 5 minutes on foot. Located on the first floor of a family home, the apartment offers pleasant views of the garden and surrounding greenery. Guests enjoy exclusive access to this floor, reached by a short flight of about ten steps. Upon entering, you’ll find a bright, well-equipped kitchen with an oven, four-burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, and all the utensils you need to cook. Basic condiments such as oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper are provided. A small table for four is perfect for quiet breakfasts, and a larger dining table is available in the living area for bigger groups. The spacious, light-filled living room features a beautiful wooden parquet floor (we kindly ask guests to avoid wearing shoes indoors and to lift, not drag, forniture). The living room includes a comfortable sofa, dining space, and board games for leisure. From here, you can access a terrace connected to both the living room and the kitchen, overlooking the property’s garden. Please note that the pool and garden are not accessible to guests. A Smart TV is available for you to log in to your Netflix, Prime Video, or Disney+ accounts, Zatoo is also available to see local shows, although we hope the activities in our stunning valley will keep you too busy to need it! Next to the kitchen and living room, you’ll find a small separate toilet and a laundry area with a washing machine for guest use (please bring your own laundry detergent). A door separates the sleeping area for added privacy and peace. A hallway leads to three bedrooms and the main bathroom. The first bedroom has a single bed and a spacious wardrobe. The second is larger, with a double bed, a desk (perfect for remote work), generous wardrobe space, and access to the roof. The third bedroom has a three-quarter bed, a large wardrobe, and a window facing the front of the house. The flooring is parquet in all rooms except the last, which has carpet. The main bathroom is compact but functional, with a bathtub, toilet, bidet, and sink. Please note that toiletries such as soap, shampoo, and personal care products are not provided. You’ll also have free parking right by the house (sorry, no camper vans or sleeping in vehicles). The apartment can host up to 5 guests: perfect for families, couples, or small groups looking for a quiet getaway close to everything. Please note that camper vans and sleeping in vehicles are not permitted, and the property can host a maximum of 5 guests—no exceptions. While the apartment offers lovely views of the garden and mountain from the balcony, the outdoor space like the garden and the Swimming pool, is not accessible to guests.
