Enjoy your stay. Rule 2. If you want to do the dishes or a little clean up be our guest but it is not necessary. Please leave bedding on the beds that were used unmade so we know what needs to be washed. Leave wet or used towels in the bathtub. Rule 3. No gatherings, events or parties without written permission from owners. Rule 4. No smoking of any kind including vaping or e cigarettes allowed inside the house. Rule 5. No pets allowed. Due to owner's allergies and insurance purposes; we kindly ask you to leave your pets at home. Rule 6. Quite hours 10PM-7AM outside and on screened porch. Also stay within property boundaries. Again, these yards are small and neighbors are close. Septic system in use, please only flush toilet paper. No sanitary products, wipes, paper towels or other foreign substances. All plumbing, AC, water issues, internet, electrical issues failures are considered emergency and need to be reported immediately. We will address this issue immediately. Tampering with internet or outdoor cameras in anyway will jeopardize the continued use of your stay at the home. For the safety of our guests and the protection of the our property bonfires, smoking indoors, or fireworks are prohibited on the premises. We do however provide a firepit by the lake for your outdoor enjoyment. Please practice fire safety. Additionally, for safety concerns, hunting or firing guns is not allowed on the property. This property is best suited for couples or a small group of adults or families with older children. This is rural Arkansas near the water, there are many mosquitos, fly's, dock spiders, gnats, may flys and some other insects. Please plan accordingly. We have Pest Control Services but that cant keep all the bugs away or outside. Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. Check out time is 11:00am unless preapproved for late check out. Our cleaners will be there between 11:15 and 11:30, they will need access. A late charge of 50.00 will be charged if cleaners cant enter before 12:00. A 200.00 will be charged if cleaners cant enter at 2:00pm and authorities will be called at that time to help cleaners take position of premises.
