The space Newly refurbished 3 bedroom home nestled right in the middle of ten acres of hay fields. You'll find: Original hardwood floors and tall windows throughout. A fully stocked kitchen with room for a few people to keep the cook company. Large dining room with seating for 6 -8 people. Comfortable and spacious family room with two couches, a TV and a fireplace. If needed, the family room can hold a twin bed and a queen sized air mattress (both available upon request). You'll find excellent water pressure in the full bathroom. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion are provided. The 1/2 bath is located next to the laundry room. A washer, dryer, soap and fabric softener can be found in the laundry/mud room. The bedrooms each have surge protectors with USB and C ports for easy access for charging devices. A covered front porch to watch the sunset. A south facing patio with a large table. Ellie's place is only five minutes away from groceries and restaurants, and 15 min. to Clinton Marina or KU. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the house and surrounding mowed yard. The barn looks nice and rustic for pictures but pleas do not try to enter it. Other things to note Front porch & back entry each have five steps. Interior is all on one level. Parking within 20' of entries.
