A haven of peace between Toulouse and the Pyrenees, on the edge of the Pyrenees Ariégeoises Regional Natural Park, our family home welcomes you for a break of serenity in the heart of a preserved landscape. Private swimming pool without overlooking neighbors, mountain views, unforgettable sunsets… The perfect place to meet with family. Discover: colorful markets, caves, remarkable villages and artists' villages. The space 130 m2 house with equipped kitchen, large living room, three bedrooms, bathroom with bathtub, two toilets. There is no air conditioning because the house is naturally pleasantly cool (provided it is kept closed during the day). For on-site entertainment: - Terrace and private pool not overlooked. - Plancha - Petanque court - Board games. ... and outside: - several lakes nearby - (very) colorful markets - artists' village - heritage village - tourist sites (including spectacular prehistoric caves) - and many and various festivities. The beds are divided into 3 bedrooms: - one bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed - one bedroom with a 140*190 bed and with 2 extra floor mattresses - one bedroom with a 120 x 190 cm bed Equipment for young children is being acquired. Guest access The house is entirely dedicated to guests Other things to note People outside the reservation are not allowed (due to insurance and parking spaces, we are not an ERP) without prior written agreement! Important: Included in the service: - Housekeeping kit (sponge - dish towels - dishwashing liquid - dishwasher tablets - hand soap) - Cleaning - Bathroom mats, one roll of hand towels, one roll of toilet paper per toilet. - Internet The following are not included in the service: - Towels (can be rented on site: €5 per person) - Bed sheets (possibility to rent them on site: €8 per person) - Toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, etc.) - Laundry - Extra nights
