Brand new in my Backyard. The area is being landscaped piece by piece, BUT that's no reason to leave the space empty! Your own private bathroom and quiet space. You can come inside the main house to use laundry 🧺 and kitchen. 10 minutes from Google data center The space The camper is located in my backyard. I am redesigning the area it is located in. Guest access Kitchen and Laundry room in the main house (my house). Internet is a little spotty in the camper due to it being in the backyard, but you can always come and sit in the living room if the signal is not strong enough. It's a common area so please be considerate of other guests. Other things to note THE CAMPER IS BRAND NEW. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE CAMPER. YOU MUST EXIT THE CAMPER AND WALK AWAY FROM THE DOOR TO SMOKE OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR DAMAGES. DO NOT LEAVE CIGARETTE BUTTS IN MY YARD. IF YOU NEED A SAND BUCKET TO PLACE THEM IN TELL ME SO I CAN PROVIDE ONE
