Close to the city center. Close to gems like Lysekil + Smögen! Fantastic sunny and warm location from morning to night! Suitable for all ages. The space We offer all the amenities a house needs. There are three 120-cm beds and one 180-cm bed, a 140-cm sofa bed and an extra bed. A total of 4 bedrooms. A high chair is available. Robot vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, etc. Upstairs: Bedroom. Open living room with TV and dining area, and a kitchen that is fully equipped with everything you need, even an air fryer. One bathroom with toilet and bathtub. Large terrace where you have sunlight from morning to night (the house is in a very sunny location!). Downstairs: Three bedrooms, small living room with TV. One bathroom with toilet and shower. Outside there is a shed with toys, children's bicycles, etc. There is also a trampoline and a swing set. Access to parking by the house, garage and parking area next door. 5 minutes by car to the center. 2 minutes by car to the grocery store. 5 minutes walking distance to the sea, 15 minutes walking distance to beautiful Gustavsberg and 2 minutes to soccer fields. 3 minutes walking distance to Emaus Lantgård (animals, nature, activities and playground) Close to West Coast gems such as Lysekil, Smögen and Hunnebostrand. Bed linens are not included. Available for a fee of SEK 700. Cleaning is included. Other things to note Children's bicycles/adult bicycles may sometimes be available. Cleaning utensils for basic cleaning are available. Bed linens are not included but can be rented for an additional cost of SEK 700.
