Villa with 1 floor offering a view of the mountains not overlooked, located 10 minutes by car from Hyères les palmiers from where you can leave for a visit to the islands of Hyères including the island of Porquerolles and Toulon, its harbor and the surrounding exceptional sites. Halfway between the Gulf of St Tropez, Bandol and half an hour from Haut-Var. The house has 3 bedrooms upstairs (for a maximum sleeping of 8 people). The large and very bright living room will seduce you. Besides that the room is the main living space of the house, it allows the additional sleeping of 2 people in a comfortable sofa bed. The large kitchen completes the ground floor, enhancing the feeling of space and light. A succession of terraces allows you to go around the house (3 faces), a very large balcony terrace upstairs offers a solarium area for sun lovers. Finally, to enhance your stay, an above-ground swimming pool (for more security) of 5.8 in diameter will delight everyone, a barbecue and the outdoor tables will host most of your meals and aperitifs! For families with young children we provide outdoor games as well as stroller, booster seat, folding bed, deckchair, playpen ... Our house suits us, it is part of the family. By renting it out, we want to share our love for the region with you and aim to make it a more and more welcoming place over time.
