A separate lounge or theatre room provides a quiet space to unwind, enjoy a film, or dive into a good book. Upstairs, the master bedroom is a true sanctuary, featuring a queen bed, modern ensuite with a luxurious freestanding bath, and your own private sauna for a spa-like experience. There are three additional bedrooms, two with a queen bed each and the other with two singles (that can be pushed together to create a king size upon early request) are perfect for children or extra guests. Each bedroom is styled with comfort and relaxation in mind. A second bathroom and separate toilet complete the upper level, both beautifully appointed and bathed in natural light. Guest access The base price for this listing includes up to 2 guests and provides access to one bedroom only (1x queen bed). If you require additional bedrooms, these must be booked and paid for in advance as part of your reservation. Room access is strictly based on the number of guests selected at the time of booking. If our cleaners find that any unbooked or unpaid beds have been used, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. When checking availability and pricing, please let us know how many bedrooms you will need so we can prepare the space accordingly. 1–2 guests: 1 room – 1x queen bed 3–4 guests: 2 rooms – 2x queen beds 5–6 guests: 3 rooms – 3x queen beds 7–8 guests: 4 rooms – 2x king single beds (can be made into a king-size bed with early request) There is a single seater sofa bed & portacot available at the property. Please note, these are BYO linen. Fireplace is currently under maintenance. Please message us prior to booking. Loud noises and partying will NOT be tolerated. One complaint will result in immediate eviction and termination of your booking. Please respect and adhere to this, as we do not want your stay to end prematurely, please also note that Airbnb has a strict NO PARTY policy and failure to comply with this will result in your account being restricted. Other things to note We provide a convenient starter pack of essentials — including toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other basics — to help you settle in for the first day or two. These items aren’t restocked during your stay, so feel free to bring along or pick up anything extra you might need. For reservations on booking platforms outside of Airbnb, we require either a $500 AUD authorisation hold or a fixed damage waiver per guest with every reservation prior to check-in. Please note, that the pre-auth hold is not a charge; it simply ensures funds are available if needed. A small bank processing fee (typically around AUD 2) may apply, but will also be returned after check-out permitting no breaches in policy occur. Banks require us to renew the authorisation hold weekly. A damage waiver will not be refunded.
