The house has a full kitchen with all utensils, dining room for 6 people, large living room with TV with prepaid channels and WiFi, 3 double rooms with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms, balcony with barbecue area and a balcony with panoramic view to two beaches and the neighborhood. The house is well located in the center of the neighborhood and is close to everything. The parking space is up the ramp and is a SHARED parking lot. I have 2 spaces for small cars or 1 pickup truck The space The house is near two beaches, one 150 meters away and the other 200 meters away. It also has a beautiful view of the beaches and the neighborhood, making the house the only one with this view in the whole city. It has shared parking with 2 parking spaces (small car) or 1 space in the case of a pickup truck. Guest access The house, the stairs and the parking lot. Other things to note The house has stairs and a ramp, so it is NOT recommended for wheelchair users and people over 60 years of age. Parking is SHARED with the house next door. I have 2 parking spaces and my neighbor has 2 more. If it's a truck or a big car, it's only 1 parking space!
