A secluded location, perfect for a peaceful getaway, to enjoy beautiful countryside and open spaces, to reset and catch your breath. You also have use of an enclosed private garden where you can take advantage of the amazing sunrises and sunsets with a cuppa or a glass of wine. The space Waddingham once two villages Wadd and Stainton split by the current village stream. Located on the fringes of the village at the bottom of a lane in the Stainton side of the the medieval village. Stainton Stables has vaulted ceilings with open beams and deep window sills. A converted stone stables sits on the edge of a grass paddock with a private manicured south facing garden with a small summer house and lockable shed (ideal for push bikes). Parking for two vehicles on hard standing. Its rural location only provides the natural noises of nature, perfect for people wanting a quiet stay. Two sets of French windows offer countryside views looking over the grass paddock which is left to meadow with wild flowers. Guest access The guests have their own drive/parking area and gardens which are private with a decked area with a small summer house with seating across the lawn area. There is also the use of a garden shed for outdoor gear or push bikes accessed by the path running along side the paddock at the front of the property.
