House is rented entirely, including a private yard . The space 🔥Outdoor highlights: large terrace for preparing tasty dishes on the fireplace, relaxing, sunbathing or enjoying a peaceful coffee. Personal BBQ gazebo with accessories for cooking delicious food (skewers,grill grate, one bundle of firewood). 🥳 You can hold parties and events. Activities ⛷️ A snow hill for skiing, sledding, and tubing is available on our property (when there is snow). Tubes, skis, and sleds are provided free of charge for our guests. ☀️ A sauna with a panoramic river view (additional fee). 🐴 Just a few steps away you can enjoy horse-riding and mountain trail rides (for a fee). 🎾 Badminton, chess, darts, backgammon and relaxing in a hammock. 🐟 Fishing: fishing rods are available upon request. Seasonal inflatable swimming pool (summer season). 🅿️ Free parking on the cottage property. Guest access 📍Many historical attractions such as Lake Sevan, Tsaghkadzor ski lift Mayravanq Bjni Fortress thermal springs of Aghveran and Hanqavan are just a 20-minute drive away. 🚭 Smoking inside the cottage is prohibited. Other things to note The village is located in an ecologically clean area. It is surrounded by mountains and valleys with amazingly blooming nature, churches and ancient temples. There are no industrial plants and factories here, the air is fresh and clean, it is not hot in summer and surprisingly beautiful in winter.
