The Blue Butterfly Townhome

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Close to the I25 and the Eastridge Mall, there are plenty of shopping and dining options close by. The space This is a three level townhome with a total of 4 bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. There are three bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and one bathroom upstairs. The basement is set up as a master suite with a king bed and bathroom. The main floor has a kitchen, a dining area, and living room as well as a half bath (powder room). You have access to a 50” Fire TV in the living room, that you can using to connect and watch your streaming services (or connect your own device using the HDMI ports). There is free WiFi throughout the house. There is a desk/workspace available in the downstairs basement. You have full access to the small back patio. You are welcome to park in the full size two car garage or on the driveway. We do ask that you avoid street parking however, and also please don’t block the neighbor’s driveway. There is a washer/dryer for your convenience downstairs. There is no air conditioning, however the swamp cooler helps keep the house very cool in the summer. The downstairs basement stays pretty cool in the summer also. Guest access You have full access to the entire house, including the garage, and outdoor space during your stay.
