Strictly NO SMOKING or VAPING inside the unit at any time. Our housekeeping team will inspect the unit, and if any smoke or vape odor is detected by our staff or the next guests, a penalty of ₱3,000 will be applied. 2. Handle all our towels & linens with care. 3. To maintain cleanliness of the unit, we recommend cleaning service for long term (up to 4 nights) guests for a fee. 4. Always turn-on the range hood when cooking. SWIMMING POOL SWIMMING POOL operating hours is Tuesday - Friday, 7:00AM to 10:00PM. Closed on Mondays for Preventive maintenance. Pool is exclusive for unit owners on Holidays. There will be a fee of P200.00/guest to be paid to the admin/concierge. Please use proper swimming attire. PARKING RECOMMENDATIONS Mckinley Hill Parking Recommendations: 1. Street Parking - 60 pesos for 4hrs + 20 for succeeding hour 2. Venice Mall Parking - 50 pesos for 3 hrs + 20 for succeeding hour - Overnight 170 pesos (9pm to 10am) - Can access Mall Hours Only - 5 mins walk 3.
