House with wooded garden close to Puy en Velay

Welcome, I welcome you to the floor of my house totally independent of my living space on the ground floor: two separate entrances. The accommodation is close to the Chemin de Saint-Jacques de Compostela, in a residential and very quiet area. 2.5 km from Le Puy en Velay (regular buses). The space I welcome you with pleasure in the accommodation, you will have at your disposal the floor of the house with a large wooded garden including an outdoor dining area with barbecue. I live on the ground floor, I have a small dog. Both entrances are independent. Secure courtyard (locked entrance gate) for parking vehicles. The house consists of: - A large bright space opening onto a small terrace: dining room (dining area) and living room with fireplace, TV, library etc. The sofa can be used as a comfortable bed (1 person). - A kitchen area: fridge, dishwasher, traditional coffee maker, stove, toaster, kettle... - Two bedrooms: One bedroom with double bed overlooking the garden A bedroom with a double bed - a bathroom with shower/toilet Linens and bath towels provided. Guest access A large wooded garden with barbecue area is available for your use. Other things to note Check-in and check-out times are flexible, please don't hesitate to contact me. A small dog lives with me, he is very friendly.
