Our home was built in 2023 with the modern tropical vibe where we used Sukabumi tiles, the swimming pool finish we fell in love with while vacationing in Indonesia. It absorbs heat during day and radiates in the evening. Guest access Pool Unit on the 1st floor with 2 Bedrooms and a private gate access. 2nd floor has a connecting hidden doors to the 1st floor. No access to (unoccupied) 3rd floor. Other things to note The house is accessible from McArthur highway Baguio bound via a private single (narrow :) road. If you see the orange apartment past Magic Mall, then that's it! Don't fret! trucks have easy way in no issue!
