Studio with mezzanine with lots of charm. It is located very close to the center of Lille, on a quiet street, near everything (metro, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries...). The studio can comfortably accommodate 2 people. The space The duplex configuration allows this studio to be very pleasant. The position under the rooftops and the 2 large windows give remarkable brightness. On the mezzanine, the bedroom features a double bed (140*200), an 82cm TV and a small hi-fi system. From the mezzanine window you can contemplate the rooftops of Lille. The studio has a very high speed wifi internet connection (fiber optic). Guest access The studio is completely booked for guests. It has independent access. Floor: 2nd floor (no elevator) Important information: the staircase leading to the studio may seem a little steep to the less agile travellers. Other things to note It is possible to arrive before 2pm (and even in the morning) if the studio is available. Please do not hesitate to contact us for confirmation. It is strictly prohibited to smoke in studio and common areas. We ask our guests to return the studio after cleaning (past vacuum cleaner, emptied garbage cans, clean toilets...). We'll take care of the laundry. If you don't want to do the cleaning, you can take a €30 cleaning fee (payable in addition to the Airbnb reservation). Registration details 5935000037529
