The studio comfortably accommodates 2 guests. The space The duplex configuration makes this studio very pleasant. The position under the roofs and the 2 large windows give remarkable brightness. On the mezzanine, the bedroom has a double bed (140*200), an 82 cm TV and a small stereo system. From the mezzanine window you can gaze at the rooftops of Lille. The studio has a very high speed Wi-Fi internet connection (fiber optic). Guest access The studio is fully reserved for guests. It has independent access. Floor: 2nd (no elevator) Important note: The staircase leading to the studio may seem a little steep to less agile guests. Other things to note It is possible to arrive before 2 p.m. (and even in the morning) if the studio is available. Please contact us beforehand for confirmation. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the studio and common areas. We ask our guests to return the studio having cleaned (vacuumed, emptied trash cans, clean toilets...). We take care of the linen.
