The space This bright and beautiful apartment is located on the ground floor and attic/first floor. The sleeping accommodation is 4+1. The apartment size is 75 sqm with a pergola of 20 sqm. The ground floor consists of the kitchen and living room with a large Tuscan fireplace. The master bedroom has a double bed with a bathroom across the hall. On the attic/first floor there are two single beds with an ensuite bathroom. The front door opens directly to the outdoors for easy access to your private grassy lawn. It is spacious and cool during the summer, warm and cozy during the fall. The apartment is part of the fienile, the original hay barn which is divided into two portions. The rental apartment is part of our 14-hectare family farm that produces wine and olive oil. Guest access We have a large Infinity pool (8mx20m) to be shared with 9 apartments nestled among olive groves and vineyards complete with a whirlpool and children’s pool. On the solarium, guests have their own dedicated sunbeds. We love our young guests and have a children’s play area and yard games designated just for them. There is a gazebo for aperitifs, two large barbecue areas, and free mountain bike rentals. For breakfast each morning: we have a local bakery deliver delicious breakfast pastries and bread to reception. Please preorder the day before, cost is not included in the rental. No delivery on Sunday. Other things to note We want you to be completely satisfied with your stay, provided here are some sneaky little details that might not be so clear. We want you to have no surprises, but good ones. There is no oven in this apartment. This means no frozen pizzas :) You must enjoy a good pizza at a local trattoria! Come to reception for some great recommendations. Also to note, the attic/first floor with two single beds has a half-wall and is open to the living room.
