The space A two-storey, newly built recreational cottage/house, in a quiet place overlooking the Berounka River (fishing/rafting/swimming/rest) with a JACUZZI, SAUNA, summer POOL, covered seating and a children's playground near the Křivoklátsko Protected Landscape Area, 30 km from Pilsen and not far from Prague. Ground floor: spacious common room (smart TV, sofa, seating, children's corner, entrance to the covered terrace with seating), kitchenette (dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave), separate toilet, bathroom (2x sink, shower), 3x double bedroom. First floor: 2x double bedroom, separate bathroom (sink, shower, toilet). Possibility of 2 mobile extra beds in the rooms according to your needs (you can put them where you want), 1x travel cot and 1x baby chair on prior request. At the building: year-round hot tub (jacuzzi), landscaped area with sandpit, summer pool (July + August) measuring approx. 3.05 x 0.95 m, Finnish sauna (year-round), children's trampoline (summer operation), seating, outdoor gas grill (year-round), parking for max. 3 - 4 cars (depending on the size of the car, 4th/5th car can be parked according to free capacity approx. 300 m from the building). FISHING: Berounka River approx. 400 - 500 m (under the house), nationwide permit (we do not guarantee the flow and depth of water, as well as the amount of fish, only nature can do that). 400 m fishing (river), about 5 km grocery store, about 2.5 km restaurant. In the surrounding area: Ruins of Krašov Castle 5 km (this trip can be done on foot), beautiful views of the surrounding landscape and the Berounka River. Kožlany 12 km, birthplace of President Edvard Beneš, house No. 101 (birthplace of Edvard Beneš), Jewish cemetery area, old school (municipal museum). Restaurants: Hotel Berounka Liblín 8km, Hotel Bílý Beránek Kralovice 13.8km. Monastery and historical site in the village of Plasy, the city of Pilsen (ZOO, brewery). Guest access House available only for guests. Other things to note Check-in is contactless - a refundable deposit of 10,000 CZK or 400 EUR is paid to our bank account before arrival. Electricity is not included in the price. In addition, fees for the municipality are paid before arrival: 25 CZK/person/night. The water in the building is potable, the water is tested and professionally filtered. The water quality corresponds to the commonly purchased lightly mineralized waters that you have available here :) Guests bring their own coffee to the coffee machine. Towels are not changed, we recommend taking your own towels. The cottage is located in a really quiet place in the village (there is the end of the road) - that means that not everything is at hand (shops are from 5 km and further), in summer there are insects and water (it is drinkable, verified) can taste different than you are used to from home (so take your favorite water from home). The water is mineral and fully drinkable (we have verified water analyses). The building is in a small village where there is no regular water supply, but a well. It's good to save water.
