This includes running water, footsteps, and some talking. The thermostat is controlled by the host and maintained between 21 and 23 degrees. As this is a basement unit, it will feel colder than the set temperature (especially with AC on in the summer). This may not be suitable for people who feel cold easily Please note that we do not offer cable TV or provide logins for streaming services. However, the Smart TV is equipped with a variety of streaming apps, and you are welcome to log in using your own accounts. We provide limited quantities (starter supply) of basic consumable items to get your stay started, including paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, soap, salt and pepper, sugar, coffee, etc. Should you require more after this initial starter set, please plan accordingly. We provide one bath towel per registered guest. Should you need more please plan accordingly. There is no dishwasher in the kitchen. You will need to handwash dishes The washer and dryer are situated in a shared area and is a shared amenity with the upper unit. Use of laundry is only permitted between 4 PM - 10 PM. We may be able to provide access to laundry between 10 AM - 4 PM but please inquire first.
