Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation located 5 minutes from Kolmården Zoo. You live in a separate house with a large plot of land near nature reserves. The gravel road outside is called Nunnebanan. We have Kolmården's school buses that have their parking place in the countryside, which means that it is always plowed in winter. 5 minutes by car takes you to Bråviken which is part of the Baltic Sea with beach, jetties and restaurants and ice cream parlors. It is possible to walk down (takes about 20 minutes). The space It is a cottage of 30 m2 plus loft of 15 m2 so a total of 45 m2 of well-arranged space. Upstairs, we have three beds and there, for example, children can go to bed earlier if the adults want to sit in the living room or outside. We have a sofa bed in the living room that becomes a double bed and a dining table where you can fit if you are not out on the large terrace. A large kitchen with everything you could need and a large bathroom with shower, washer and dryer. Guest access As guests, you have access to your own plot with a large lawn for ball games. There is a sandbox and swing set for the smaller children. Barbecue area and outdoor furniture for you to enjoy cooking outdoors. Private driveway with parking for several cars. Several lovely hiking trails in the vicinity of nature reserves Other things to note If you book this cottage, you will be close to nature but at the same time close to the zoo, which is only 5 minutes away. You will also be close to swimming areas and restaurants, a few minutes by car. There is a lovely swimming lake called Lövsjön that you can walk to or take the car. Here you can often have the lake to yourself… Most people bring bed linens and towels, but there is also the option to rent a package of bed linens and towels if you do not want to bring them. (SEK 150/person, paid on site). Cleaning of the cottage is done by yourself with the cleaning equipment available in the form of vacuum cleaners, wet cleaning and other things. But if you want to avoid cleaning, you can purchase it for SEK 500. Paid on site. We have nice Walliska Svartnos sheep and Gotland sheep that walk in the pasture near the cottages. Ducks, mini pigs and cats, rabbits and dogs are also available at Gården Sölvdammstorp 🐑😊🦆
