A small house under the forest – an ideal escape from the city Welcome to our cozy house in Malý Lipník – a place where you will find peace, fresh air and nature literally behind the door. The house is ideal for couples, small families or anyone who wants to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the cities. It offers a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, 2 non-passable rooms and a bathroom. Outside you will find a small terrace for sitting and a garden house for bicycle storage. The space Accommodation includes: - bedroom with double bed and large sofa bed - a second room with two separate beds – also suitable for children or other guests - a fully equipped kitchen connected to the living room, where there is a fireplace - barrier-free bathroom with shower WiFi, TV and washing machine for the comfort of longer stays. On the property there is a small terrace for sitting and a garden house where you can safely store bicycles, skis or other equipment. Access to the house leads through a small stream and a macadam road – we recommend a car with a slightly higher chassis, but it is not a condition. If you don't dare, it is also possible to park at a neighbor's house, who lives right next door and is very accommodating. The land is not fenced yet, but the neighbor's house is in close proximity and we respect our privacy. Other things to note Access to the house is via a small stream – if you are unsure, parking is also possible at the neighbor's next door.
